Day 1 of Fierce Pharma Week 2025 for Doceree commenced with momentum and direction as our team kickstarted conversations and collaborations with the best minds in the healthcare industry. Right from day 1, it was evident, this is not just another event, but an arena where pharma, healthcare, and technology thought leaders gather to redefine the future of healthcare marketing.

At Booth #1001, team Doceree made a vibrant comeback with a grand showcase of its innovative product suite - with demo screens displaying the innovation journey throughout the day. One of the highlights of our booth was our podcast room - Doceree Dialogue, a fun and thoughtful platform for open, engaging discussions about all that matters in the world of HCP engagement. It is set to become the center of attention, gathering leaders, partners, and innovators to share new insights on healthcare marketing. With its powerful launch, Doceree Dialogue is ready to become a foundation for collaboration and a healthcare industry revolution.

As the day transitioned into evening, we invited our guests to unwind with a special outing. Team Doceree escorted them to the Phillies vs. Mets game—a perfect way to wrap up the day, strengthen relationships beyond the conference halls, and share in the excitement of baseball, followed by a good dining experience.

In short, it was a wonderful day for a wonderful start to a meaningful and engaging event. We await an even more exciting Day 2, filled with insightful thinking and powerful conversations that will push the industry forward.

Day 2 at Fierce Pharma Week 2025: Breaking Boundaries, Building the Future

Day 2 at Fierce Pharma Week 2025 was nothing short of extraordinary for Team Doceree. The morning began on a celebratory note with our Founder & Global CEO, Harshit Jain, MD, being named “Most Influential CEO 2025” by CEO Monthly—a recognition that set the perfect tone for what was to come.

It was a day full of interesting conversations, innovative concepts, and ambitious products being announced that’ll shape the future of healthcare marketing for years to come.

At Fierce Pharma Week 2025, Harshit took the stage for his keynote address, walking the audience through Doceree’s remarkable five-year journey—from an ambitious idea to a global leader in AI-powered healthcare marketing. He unveiled our refreshed brand identity as the world’s only AI-powered Operating System for healthcare marketing, built on the strength of five contextual layers that unify intelligence, engagement, and experience across the ecosystem.

In a milestone moment during the keynote, Harshit introduced two powerful AI solutions:

  • DataIQ– the industry’s first unified HCP intelligence platform, consolidating real-time data and contextual insights into one privacy-compliant system.
  • RepTwin– the first-ever AI-powered ad format, redefining HCP–brand engagement by making brand reps virtually available to physicians 24/7 within their clinical workflows.

The energy was high at Doceree’s booth, a bright and sophisticated space buzzing with conversations, demos, and innovation. Our teams showcased the entire product suite through dedicated stations, engaging attendees with live demonstrations that drew massive footfall throughout the day.

Apart from the product showcases, the Doceree Dialogue podcast station, again saw our CXOs sit down with some of the industry’s sharpest minds, hosting lively conversations around the latest trends, opportunities, and challenges shaping the future of healthcare marketing. Adding to the engagement, our live survey invited participants to share the one area in healthcare marketing where they believe AI holds the greatest transformative potential.

Meanwhile, at the booth, our talented live artist captured the vision of the future of pharma marketing in real-time—painting a vibrant picture of innovation, creativity, and possibility.

The pumped-up energy of Day 2 carried into the evening as we welcomed our clients, partners, and industry peers to Doceree’s Rooftop Social Party - organised in partnership with Diaceutics and Health Union, at the Assembly Rooftop Lounge. With the city skyline framing the evening, we shared more than cocktails and bites; we shared stories, ideas, and laughter that deepened our connections and sparked new possibilities. More than a networking mixer, it was a celebration of collective progress and the promise of what lies ahead.

Day 3 at Fierce Pharma Week 2025: A day of Ideas and Inspiration

Day 3 of Fierce Pharma Week 2025 was an overwhelming day for the team. The same energy and enthusiasm that defined the first two days carried through, wrapping this unforgettable event in powerful conversations and lasting moments.

Our booth #1001 continued to be a hub of activity, with private meetings and live demos fueling engaging discussions throughout the day. The podcast room was buzzing too, hosting more than 10 insightful sessions featuring Ritesh, Vijay, and Julius. Attendees also leaned into conversations sparked by our Survey Wall and Activation Wall, making the booth a lively ground for collaboration and ideation.

We kicked off the morning with another session of our podcast Doceree Dialogues, where attendees spanning pharma leaders to healthcare innovators listened in on each other's views on the changing landscape of healthcare marketing. These interactions were engaging, offering new insights and affording additional context to the week's overall theme of collaboration.

Adding to the buzz of the morning, Kamya Elawadhi, our Chief Client Officer, joined industry peers on a panel that spotlighted the transformative role of programmatic in healthcare marketing. She emphasized how smarter, data-driven strategies are enabling marketers to reach HCPs with relevance, scale, and meaningful impact.

A true highlight of the day was our very own Julius Ramirez's taking the Spotlight Stage in his session, "Going Beyond the Prescription: Unlock a Holistic 360° View of Today's HCP." He discussed how accessing the whole cycle of HCPs beyond prescribing behavior can guide pharma marketers to create on-time, relevant, and highly individualized strategies. His session reaffirmed the necessity of a more integrated approach to healthcare professionals' engagement, one that integrates data, context, and empathy to yield meaningful results.

The week concluded with the much-awaited Gala Awards, where the entire healthcare ecosystem came together to celebrate innovation, creativity, and excellence. For us, the proudest moment came when our Co-pay Spark campaign was recognized as a finalist, an achievement that reflects our commitment to pushing boundaries and delivering a measurable impact for the healthcare ecosystem. Adding to the pride, Kamya also joined the esteemed Gala jury, reinforcing Doceree’s leadership at the center of the industry’s conversations.

Every day at Fierce Pharma Week 2025 has brought new opportunities to learn, connect, and inspire. Day 3 pushed the conversation further, with powerful exchanges and bold ideas that underscored the importance of collaboration and context in healthcare marketing. The excitement is palpable, and with more still to unfold, we look forward to carrying this energy into what’s still to come.

Day 4 marked the final chapter of Fierce Pharma Week 2025, and what a remarkable week it has been for all of us at Doceree! From engaging discussions to exciting demos, every moment reinforced why being part of this gathering of healthcare marketing leaders is so energizing.

The day kicked off with Karima Sharif, SVP Strategic Accounts, leading a compelling panel on ‘Data-driven engagement at the point-of-care: Unlocking insights to reach healthcare audiences in a digital-first ecosystem.’ Her insights on harnessing data and context to drive smarter, more impactful HCP engagement resonated with attendees and reaffirmed our commitment to transforming healthcare marketing.

We also hosted one final podcast interview at our booth, bringing our total to 22 conversations with healthcare leaders throughout the week. In parallel, our private meeting room served as a space for valuable internal discussions; a rare and welcome benefit of having our largely remote team together in one place.

On the last day, many attendees also stopped by to check in on the completed Day 2 graphic on our illustration wall; a creative highlight that captured the spirit of collaboration at FPW.
