On September 11, 2025, the pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing community came together at The Brewery, London for the inaugural PMI Awards—a landmark event that set a new standard for celebrating innovation, creativity, and measurable impact across the industry. Formerly known for 15 years as the PM Society Digital Awards, the competition has been rebranded as the Pharmaceutical Marketing Innovation and Impact Awards (or PMis for short), reflecting its expanded scope and ambition.

The PMI Awards are more than a stage for accolades. They serve as a meeting point for some of the brightest minds and boldest voices in pharma and healthcare communications. From breakthrough campaigns to pioneering digital solutions, the evening was a true celebration of how innovation can spark change for patients, healthcare professionals, and the wider ecosystem.

This year was particularly special for Doceree, as we proudly served as the Headline Sponsor. Our involvement underscored our mission to drive meaningful change in healthcare marketing and highlighted the importance of innovation with purpose. The event was a sell-out success, welcoming over 520 professionals from pharma marketing and healthcare communications, all eager to celebrate the campaigns and collaborations reshaping the field.

Doceree at PMI Awards 2025

The PMI Awards have always been more than a ceremony. They are a platform to exchange ideas, recognize excellence, and explore the trends defining the future of our industry. Guests this year enjoyed an evening full of energy and creativity, with interactive experiences like the “DHaiku” challenge, finalist showcases on digital screens (sponsored by Digitas Health), and even an AI-powered photobooth to capture the night’s memories. The evening was brought to life with wit and charm by host Ellie Taylor, who set the perfect tone for a celebration of both achievement and ambition.

For Doceree, sponsoring the PMis was about more than visibility—it was about standing alongside peers in recognizing that impactful healthcare communication requires both innovation and responsibility. In our own work, whether integrating affordability solutions directly into physician workflows or building the world’s first AI-powered operating system for healthcare marketing, we see daily how creativity combined with context can transform engagement and improve patient outcomes. The awards night was a powerful reflection of these shared values.

Our leadership team was delighted to be part of the celebrations, representing Doceree’s vision and voice at this landmark event. Jiten Jain, VP - Sales & Partnerships and General Manager ( UK&EU), Gray Swanston Director - Sales & Partnerships, Fleur Gill - VP, Sales and Partnerships (Global), and Sabina Kapp - Director of Sales & Partnerships (UK & EU) were present to meet peers, exchange ideas, and reflect on the progress the industry has made in embracing AI-driven, data-backed solutions. Their conversations highlighted how collaboration across pharma, technology, and healthcare continues to reshape the way brands engage with professionals and patients.

Just as the PMI Awards showcased campaigns that pushed boundaries, Doceree remains committed to breaking barriers—whether through integrating affordability programs at the point of care, leveraging real-time clinical triggers, or building the world’s first AI-powered operating system for healthcare marketing.

As the night unfolded, one theme became clear: the future of healthcare marketing will be defined not only by bold ideas but by the ability to execute them with empathy and precision. From the finalist showcases to the winning campaigns, every example reinforced the value of insight-driven strategies that make a measurable difference in people’s lives.

The inaugural PMI Awards marked an exciting new chapter for the industry. For Doceree, it was an honor to headline such a transformative evening and to celebrate the spirit of innovation that unites us all. The energy in the room was more than applause—it was momentum. And as we look ahead, Doceree is committed to carrying that momentum forward, helping shape a smarter, more impactful future for healthcare marketing.
